ANNAPOLIS, MD — Governor Wes Moore and First Lady Dawn Moore today announced that they will open Government House to celebrate the holidays during a public open house on Saturday, December 13. Government House, located at 110 State Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401, will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
“As Dawn and I reflect on this year, one that we know has been tough for so many across our state, we are continually inspired by the incredible heart and resilience shown by all Marylanders,” said Gov. Moore. “Despite the challenges our state faces, we made real progress together. This holiday season, we look forward to celebrating that spirit of partnership with all of you.”
“We could not be more excited to welcome all Marylanders to join us at Government House or as we affectionately call it, ‘The People’s House,’” said First Lady Moore. “This season, what gives me hope is that we have proven that when we come together, there is nothing we can’t achieve. I want to thank all Marylanders for their partnership in the work and I look forward to celebrating this holiday season with you.”
